• List agent completes Google form to submit info like list price, live date, etc.
• Set up and organize signing platform file and file with the brokerage
• Send all documents needed to the client(s)
• Save previous listing, town card, etc.
• Submit to compliance
• Enter into finance management system
• Add/edit contacts in CRM
• Make calendar events for listing dates
• Enter all data into listing platforms such as the MLS thoroughly
• Set up ShowingTime
• Write professional listing description based on property data/photos/notes provided by agent
• Post Open House on MLS
• Request the sign be put up and taken down
• Select photos from photographer and arrange mindfully to tell a story about the home
• Ensure listing appears properly on all major Real Estate sites
• Send client custom links to agent site, copy of MLS listing, etc.
• Handle any listing agreement amendments as applicable

(from Contract to Close)

Paid at Closing
($65.00 for Rental Lease to Close)

• Agent forwards email chain from co broke with executed contract documents
• Set up and organize signing platform file and file with the brokerage
• Day 1 email to all parties involved with client info, vendor info, and special circumstances
• Submit to compliance
• Enter into finance management system
• Add/edit contacts in CRM
• Make calendar events for contingency dates
• Notify/remind all parties along each step of the transaction about upcoming contingency dates and expectations
• Ensure inspection contingency is followed and all documents are completed
• Submit escrow requests when applicable
• Ensure mortgage and appraisal are communicated to relevant parties according to their contingency dates
• Handle relevant emails and maintain regular communication between all parties involved throughout the transaction
• Process any contract amendments as applicable
• Close out the file successfully!
